What it costs
One subscription, a few priced add-ons, and top-ups when you need them. No tiers you have to decode, no per-seat maths, no sales call.
About the free account
It's a taste, not an escape hatch. You get one grant of tokens when you verify your email, and you can chat. That's it — no connectors, no add-ons, no top-ups. Everything else starts at the Monthly plan.
The honest reason: every active account costs us real infrastructure money every month, before anyone has been paid for the time it took to build this. A free tier you could live in forever would be paid for by the people who subscribe, and we'd rather say so than dress it up as generosity.
The free grant exists so a stranger can watch a Jeannie actually work once, and then decide. That is the whole job it has.
The plans
Free account
A one-time grant of tokens when you verify your email address, and chat. Nothing else — no connected accounts, no add-ons, no top-ups.
Monthly
A fresh grant of tokens every month, one connected social account included, and everything we run ourselves. Cancel any time; you keep the period you paid for.
Yearly
The same as Monthly, with the year's tokens granted up front — twelve months of tokens for ten months of money.
Top-up
A one-time bundle of tokens on top of your plan, for the month you make more than usual. They never expire. Available on any paid plan.
Add-ons
Anything that costs us money per connected account is a priced add-on on top of your subscription: extra social accounts beyond the one included, each email mailbox, and a managed encryption key. Bringing your own key stays free — you pay Amazon instead of us.
Each is charged per month. They are line items on the one subscription you already have, so adding or removing one is a change to it rather than a second bill — and the same amounts appear next to the control that buys them and on your billing page.
What a token is worth to us
We publish our own cost of serving a token next to the price we charge for one, along with where each measurement comes from.
