Refund Policy

Summary

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from a charge to ask for your money back, as long as you have not used what you paid for. Tokens you have already spent cannot come back, because we have already paid the AI providers for them.

1. Who Handles Your Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle takes the payment and issues the invoice, so every refund is paid back by Paddle, to the card or account you paid with.

2. Changing Your Mind: 14 Days

• A Monthly or Yearly plan, first charge. Ask within 14 days of the first charge and we refund it in full.
• A renewal. Ask within 14 days of the renewal charge, and if you have not used the plan since it renewed, we refund that renewal.
• A token pack. Ask within 14 days of buying it and we refund the tokens you have not spent yet.

3. What We Cannot Refund

• Tokens you have spent. Each one paid for real work by an AI provider, and that money is gone. Our cost of serve page shows what that work costs us.
• The free grant. It costs you nothing, so there is nothing to give back.
• The rest of a period after 14 days. Once the 14 days are up, cancelling stops the next charge but does not refund the period you are in. You keep using it until it ends.

4. When We Got It Wrong

A duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, a charge for something you did not buy: those are our mistakes, and we refund them as our Terms of Service (section 12) describe.

5. How to Ask

Find your order on paddle.net and request the refund there, or email us at support@asuwish.ai from the address you bought with, and we will ask Paddle for you. How quickly the money shows up after that depends on your bank.

6. Your Other Rights

This policy adds to the rights the law where you live gives you as a consumer; it does not take any away. How we handle the data behind a purchase is in our Privacy Policy.
