Terms of Service

Effective date: October 15, 2026 · Last updated: October 16, 2026

1. What This Is

As You Wish (“AsUWish,” “we,” “us”) is an AI-powered personal assistant platform operated by As You Wish AI LLC, a Washington State limited liability company. When you create an account and use our service, you agree to these terms.

2. What We Do

AsUWish provides AI assistants (“Jeannies”) that can manage social media accounts, compose content, respond to messages, store memories, and perform tasks on your behalf. You connect your social media accounts (Twitter/X, Discord, Bluesky, and others) and your Jeannie acts as your agent on those platforms.

3. Your Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use AsUWish.
  • You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
  • You may connect third-party social media accounts. When you do, you grant us permission to act on those accounts on your behalf, within the scopes you authorize during the OAuth flow.
  • You can disconnect any social media account at any time from the Jeannie Studio Channels tab.

4. Content You Create

You own the content your Jeannie creates on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of your posts, messages, or memories. However, content posted to third-party platforms is subject to those platforms' terms of service.

You are responsible for the content your Jeannie posts. While we have guardrails in place, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected. Review drafts before posting to public platforms.

Prompts and outputs. You are responsible for the prompts you write and for what you do with the outputs — the text, images, audio and video made for you here. Check them before you rely on them or publish them.

The licence you give us. So we can do the work, you give us permission to store, process and display your content, and to send it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy, only as far as running the service for you needs. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

Likeness consent. Before we make anything from a photo of a face — a portrait from your photo, an avatar, a lip-sync video, or an edit — you tick the likeness consent box: “This is me, or a person who gave me explicit permission to use their likeness.” We record that confirmation once for each photo, and we will not make anything from the photo without it. You can see and withdraw every confirmation on the Trust page; once withdrawn, we stop using that photo for anything new, and what was already made stays yours. The same goes for a voice you clone. You are responsible for the confirmation being true.

Takedown requests. If you believe something made or posted through AsUWish uses your work, your image or your voice without permission, email legal@asuwish.ai with what it is and where it is. We will look, and take it down if it breaks these terms or the law.

Our right to say no. We may refuse a request, block a generation, or remove content that breaks these terms, and we do not always explain the reason when doing so would help someone get around the rules.

5. AI Processing

AsUWish uses the third-party AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy to process your requests and generate content. Your messages and context are sent to these providers for processing. We do not sell your data to AI providers; the data is used solely to fulfill your requests.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AsUWish to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Generate spam, misinformation, or deceptive content
  • Attempt to circumvent our safety guardrails
  • Access other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse-engineer or attack our infrastructure
  • Make deepfakes, or use a real person's likeness or voice without their explicit consent
  • Make sexual content of anyone who has not consented to it, or any sexual content involving a minor
  • Write or spread malware
  • Deceive people — impersonate someone, or pass off AI-made content as a real event or a real person's words
  • Jailbreak the AI models — try to trick them into ignoring their safety rules

Posting to social accounts. Posts made through AsUWish are authored or approved by you, for your own connected accounts. You set what your Jeannie may post and you can stop it at any time. No engagement farming, no bulk posting, no fake engagement — fake likes, follows, reviews or accounts — and no posting to accounts you do not own or manage.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Service Availability

AsUWish is currently in alpha. We provide the service as-is, without guarantees of uptime, data retention, or feature availability. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service reliability, but things may break. This is alpha software.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. When you do, we will delete your data from our systems, including memories, conversation history, and stored social media tokens. Some data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, As You Wish AI LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to: content posted by your Jeannie, social media account actions, or loss of data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Paid Plans, Billing and Cancellation

What you pay for. AsUWish is free to start and has paid plans. What each plan costs, and what it includes, are on our pricing page, and those are the terms of the deal. We do not repeat the prices here on purpose: the price you see at checkout and the price on your invoice come from one place, and a number copied into this document would be wrong the first time we changed it.

Billing and renewal. Paid plans are charged in advance, at the start of each period. A monthly plan is charged per month; a yearly plan is charged once for the year. Your plan automatically renews at the end of each period, at the price in effect then, until you cancel it. Add-ons — an extra connected social account, an extra mailbox, a managed encryption key — are line items on that same subscription and renew with it.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period: you keep what you paid for until that period runs out, and we do not charge you again. Outside the 14-day window in our refund policy, we do not prorate or refund the unused remainder of a period you cancel partway through. Deleting your account (section 8) ends the subscription on the same terms — so if you want the rest of the period you paid for, cancel now and delete at the end of it.

Changing your mind. You have 14 days from a charge to ask for your money back if you have not used what you paid for — the first charge of a Monthly or Yearly plan, a renewal, or the unspent tokens in a token pack. Our refund policy has the details and how to ask.

Refunds. If we billed you in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, a charge for something you did not buy — tell us within 14 days and we will refund it. Tokens work differently: a token pack is consumed as you spend it, so we cannot refund tokens that are already gone. Tokens still unspent from a pack bought by mistake we will refund within that same 14 days. The free grant is a taste of the paid product rather than a trial, so there is nothing to refund on a free account.

Who you are actually paying. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. In plain terms: Paddle — not As You Wish AI LLC — sells you the subscription and token packs, takes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT, issues the invoice, and pays out refunds, under Paddle's buyer terms. We provide the service, and we are who to talk to about the service. On a payment dispute your counterparty is Paddle — but email us first at legal@asuwish.ai, because most billing problems are ours to fix and a chargeback is the slow way to get there.

If we change a price. We will email you before a price change applies to you, and it takes effect on your next renewal, never mid-period. If you do not want the new price, cancel before that renewal and you will not be charged it.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA, where As You Wish AI LLC is registered. If a dispute ever reaches a court, it goes to the courts in Washington State. None of this takes away a right the law where you live gives you as a consumer.
